Dr. Barbara Louise Brown Hazzard was born November 18, 1943, in Newberry, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Oze Brown and the late Mrs. Helen Davis Brown. After an extended illness, Barbara’s prayer to rest in heavenly peace was answered on Thursday, April 25, 2024.
